PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Sanford on June 14. 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Sanford Town Hall. 91 Second Street, Deposit, New York for the purpose of considering a contract between the Town of Sanford, the Town of Deposit and the Village of Deposit, pursuant to which the Village shall provide fire protection services to the Towns through February 28, 2023, and is subject to automatic renewal for additional one-year terms. A copy of the proposed contract are on file and may be examined at the Sanford Town Clerk’s Office.
All persons interested in the matter will be heard at the above-described public hearing. Individuals have the right to provide written and oral comments concerning the proposed contract or any portion thereof. Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the Town Clerk’s Office for assistance.
