NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Sanford, Broome County, NY and the Highway Supt., Leo C. Shew, hereby advertise for SEALED BIDS, pertaining to the sale of the following items to the said Town:
- Coarse Aggregate
- Fine Aggregate
- Liquid Calcium Chloride
Prospective Bidders may obtain specifications from the Town Clerk’s Office, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754 during Regular Office Hours. Monday-Thursday – 8:30am-Noon & 1:00pm – 4:00pm; and Fridays 8:30-Noon.
Bids may be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office at the address above anytime up to 4 PM on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Bids will be opened on April 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Town of Sanford Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754. Such Bids will be discussed at a meeting of the Town Board at 7:00 PM on April 9, 2024, at Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
