SEALED PROPOSAL FOR ROAD OIL
The materials must be from the sources approved by the New York State Department of Public Works and must meet the gradation specifications of the public works specifications issued by the State of New York, Department of Public Works, Division of Construction, under dates of January 2, 1951.
The vendor shall furnish the Town of Sanford a certificate of Chapter 751 of the Laws of 1965, and amendment to the General Municipal Law sponsored by the New York State Department of Law,
ROAD OIL BID SPECS
The Town of Sanford is requesting bids on HFMS-2 oil for chip sealing roads in the Township. The bid price must be price per gallon delivered and applied with 2 distributors (with operators), a stone chipper (with operator), and a roller (with operator).
ALL Proposals shall be presented in a sealed envelope plainly marked.
The Town of Sanford Board and Superintendent of Highways reserves the Right to reject any and all proposals offered. The proposal that is accepted shall be for the Best Interest of the Town of Sanford.
ALL BIDS MUST HAVE A SIGNED NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE ATTACHED.
Bids may be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office at the address above anytime up to noon on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Bids will be opened on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Town of Sanford Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754. Such Bids will be discussed at a meeting of the Town Board at 7:00 PM on June 13, 2023, at Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754.
