PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Sanford on September 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Sanford Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY regarding a local law entitled “A LOCAL LAW REPEALING AND REPLACING SECTION 1404 OF LOCAL LAW NO. I OF THE YEAR 2017, ENTITLED “SOLAR ENERGY PRODUCTION SYSTEMS.”
NOTICE is further given that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed action may be reviewed incident to, and as a part of, said public hearing.
Any person shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed local law, a copy of which is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk. Persons, who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
