PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Sanford, has completed its Preliminary Budget for and in connection with improvements consisting of upgrades to facilities and equipment serving the Oquaga Lake Sewer District of said Town of Sanford and Operations and Maintenance of the same year for 2023, and that the same filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Sanford. The Town Board of the Town of Sanford will meet at the Town of Sanford Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754, on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 7:00 PN for the purpose of reviewing the proposed Budget for this District and hearing comments and considering any objections which may be made to the said Budget. The Adoption of this Budget will have a direct impact upon the Special Assessment Rolls for the Residents of the District.
