PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the
Town of Sanford on October 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Sanford Town Hall, 91 Second Street,
Deposit, New York, on the application of Scott’s Oquaga Realty, LLC regarding approximately
5.8 acres of land within the Town, designated as Tax Map No. 218.20-1-7 and located in the
Special Zoning District and the Oquaga Lake Protection Overlay District. The application seeks
to subdivide said acreage into two lots of 1.087 acres and 4.741 acres, respectively.

NOTICE is further given that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed
action may be reviewed incident to, and as a part of, said public hearing.

Any person shall be entitled to be heard upon said application, a copy of which is
available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office. Communications in writing in relation thereto
may be filed with the Town Clerk. Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending
said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
