NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Sanford, Broome County, NY and the Highway Superintendent Leo C. Shew, hereby advertise for SEALED BIDS, pertaining to the sale of the following items to the said Town:
- TRUCKING AND HAULING MATERIAL TO STOCKPILE IN THE TOWN OF SANFORD
Prospective Bidders may obtain specifications from the Town Clerk’s Office, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754 during Regular Office Hours. Hours – Monday – Thursday 8:30am-Noon, 1:00pm – 4:00pm Friday 8:30am-Noon.
Bids may be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office at the address above anytime up to noon on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Bids will be opened on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Town of Sanford Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754. Such Bids will be discussed at a meeting of the Town Board at 7:00 PM on June 13, 2023, at Town Hall, 91 Second Street, Deposit, NY 13754.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
